Lower Primary (Stages 1-3) Curriculum Overview

Students in Lower Primary follow the Cambridge International Primary Programme, a world-class curriculum which covers English, Maths and Science. Other subjects offered to the children in these Year levels include Arabic, Islamic Education & Quran, Computing, Humanities, Design and Technology, Art, Music and P.E.

We provide and encourage a well-balanced curriculum which incorporates all aspects of a healthy mind and body in a caring and compassionate environment with the involvement of students, teachers, families and the community.

Upper Primary (Stages 4-6) Curriculum Overview

During the Upper Primary stages, student independence is channeled through a digitally supported curriculum. Students progress into a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) strategy to support the development of 21st century skills and digital literacy. The learning experience throughout these years prioritises the development of students’ moral/ethical responsibility, leadership potential and independent learning.The programme of study further evolves to include Music, Innovation and Technology (MIT) and enhances students literacy and critical thinking through our newly introduced Literacy and Oracy development programme.

Assessment pathways are diverse and value the learning journey and student growth based on individual starting points. The Phase culminates with Curriculum based Checkpoint tests to benchmark the students performance as they move into secondary school.
